    We’re looking for seasoned, intelligent professionals to manage our recruitment process, putting together the roster for the 2018 US Open Team.


    The seasonal US Open Recruiter will recruit seasonal positions within several departments.


    Must be available to work 7 days a week fromthe beginnig of August - September 8th; evenings and weekends.

    • Manage the internal and external recruitment processes, using a variety of sources and methods including internet advertising, job fairs, direct sourcing and other techniques that prove successful.
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and communicate all relevant information to new hires and returning employees.
    • Work closely with Department Managers to assess needs and determine successful candidate profiles.
    • Generate weekly staffing reports, while adhering to all staffing deadlines as defined by the NTC HR Manager
    • Assist with the distribution of credential badges, and uniforms in the preparation of the US Open tournament.
    • Assist employees with the onboarding process including but not limited to inputting newly hired employees into ICIMS, ensuring that all employees complete the background authorization form
    • Work with hiring managers to ensure that all recruitment needs have been met in a timely manner
    • Develop and maintain existing relationships with community organizations within the Queens area
    • Maintain relationships with local military/law enforcement establishments
    • Have weekly meetings with hiring managers to update them on recruitment progress
    • Position will begin March 25th 


    • Must have strong interest in all aspects of Human Resources
    • Must have at least 2-3 years of HR Recruiting experience
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments.
    • Ability to meet hard recruiting deadlines
    • Possess MS Office Skills with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
    • Must have excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to represent the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
    • Extremely orangized and plays close attention to detail
    • Experience working with HRIS (ICIMS) systems strongly preferred
    • Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred
