Positions are available to support the USTA’s efforts focused on the Fan Access Pass and on-site brand ambassador program. Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule for the three weeks of the tournament, which will take place at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, N.Y., Aug. 21-Sept. 9.
- Fan Access Pass – This position requires an outgoing personality as it acts as the face of the Fan Access Pass program and the US Open brand. The brand ambassador must be good with mobile and web based applications. This position also requires the brand ambassador to stand outdoors at the Fan Access Pass registration areas for significant periods of time. Manage a small group of volunteers who are there to help with the program. Fan Access Pass is a fan enhancement platform that allows all fans to participate in engagement opportunities presented by the US Open and its Official Partners. Fans have the opportunity to interact with customized photo opportunities, interactive games, sweepstakes and instant prizes. Fans will only be required to register once and their complete US Open experience will be personalized and delivered to them within the Official US Open Digital Properties.
