    We are seeking a Suite Host/Hostess that is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of a luxury suite. As the initial point of contact for our guests, our Suite Host/Hostess should have a friendly and welcoming personality, the confidence to interact with guests of all levels and nationalities, the ability to enforce rules when necessary and understand what it takes to provide excellent customer service.



    • Enhance the tournament experience for guests from the world of tennis as well as industry partners by providing exceptional customer service from arrival until departure
    • Greet guests upon arrival, check guests’ tickets against provided attendee lists and ensure the appropriate guests are in the suite at all times
    • Maintain confidentiality of suite guests, interactions or issues
    • Work in conjunction with food and beverage attendant to verify orders are correct
    • Adhere to maximum capacity requirements


    • Previous experience hosting/interacting with VIP guests in an entertainment/sports/event environment is required
    • Knowledge of tennis and important individuals/organizations involved in tennis preferred
    • Professional demeanor, excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to remain calm in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment and the confidence to enforce rules when necessary
    • Ability to handle sensitive matters/guests with great discretion and courtesy
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Typical hours are 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily, plus ability to work overtime as needed
