    System Support Analyst


    • Assist the IT Project Manager in set-up, testing, training, and client support for US Open Systems (i.e. Credentials, Meal Allowance, gift cards, and Access Control)
    • Install and configure software on PCs, Handheld Scanners, POS Terminals, and Verifones
    • Responsible for deploying hardware
    • Responsible for testing systems following provided Test Plans
    • Responsible for training clients in the use of systems and troubleshooting systems



    • Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to explain solutions to individuals
    • Must have knowledge of computer systems
    • Must be able to work effectively as a team member within a fast paced environment
    • Must be highly organized and be able to appropriately handle confidential information
    • Must have good communication skills
    • Must be knowledgeable of basic computer hardware and software (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite & Windows)
    • Knowledge of networking computers (a plus, but not necessary)
