    We’re looking for seasoned, intelligent professionals to manage our recruitment process, putting together the roster for the 2020 US Open Team.

     

    Must be available to work 3 days per week starting March 23rd, 5 days per week starting April 27th, 7 days per week starting in August through September 13th. 

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the internal and external recruitment processes using a variety of sources and methods: internet advertising, job fairs, direct sourcing, etc
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of HR policies and procedures, communication of all relevant information to new hires and returning employees
    • Assess needs and determine successful candidate profiles by working with department managers
    • Generate weekly staffing reports, while adhering to all staffing deadlines as defined by the NTC HR Manager
    • Assist with the distribution of credential badges and uniforms
    • Assist employees with the onboarding process
    • Work with hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs have been met in a timely manner
    • Develop and maintain existing relationships with Queens-area community organizations, as well as local military and law enforcement
    • Conduct weekly meetings with hiring managers

    Qualifications

    • Strong interest in all aspects of Human Resources
    • Minimum 2 years of HR and/or recruiting experience
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail
    • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments
    • Ability to meet hard recruiting deadlines
    • MS Office Skills with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Interpersonal, and customer service skills to represent the organization in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
    • Experience working with HRIS (ICIMS) systems strongly preferred
    • Bilingual Spanish preferred
