We are looking for courtside concierges to play a valuable part of our team during the 2024 US Open!

The Role

 

Courtside Concierges are responsible for establishing a good rapport with VIP clients/guests. Attendants should greet clients/guests as they enter the grounds, escort them to the hospitality areas, help them navigate the National Tennis Center grounds, and guide them to their seats in Arthur Ashe Stadium. Concierges should be prepared to answer questions from clients/guests and assist with any needs clients/guests have while they are at the tournament. 

  • High end luxury promo experience
  • Guest Services experience
  • Fine dining catering experience (sit down dinner)
  • Management experience
  • 15 hours shifts
  • 2 weeks full availability
  • Lift 50 pounds

Who You Are

  • Previous similar experience in entertainment/sports/events is preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team as well as independently 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take and follow direction, remain calm and focused in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment and problem solve
  • Capable of lifting and carrying boxes up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion 

Salary: $20 per hour; overtime eligible

$35 daily meal allowance during tournament (via credential)
