We are seeking Locker Room Cleaners who play an essential role in the US Open guest experience. 

 

The Role

 

  • Ensure that the locker rooms are clean, stocked and well maintained while providing excellent customer service.
  • Clean, dust and vacuum locker rooms, showers, and bathrooms 
  • Maintain an adequate supply of towels
  • Restock, toiletries, paper products, and other items as assigned
  • Assist with the cleaning of the Player Locker Room(s)
  • Empty trash receptacles and dirty towels 
  • Notify the Manager of any maintenance concerns 
  • Maintain an account for all supplies provided by the NTC Team
  • Wash Clothes as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Who You Are

 

  • Prior guest or customer service experience preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of cleanliness standards.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
  • Available for full duration of the US Open.
  • Flexible to work 8+ hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive team player.
  • Ability to remain composed in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. 
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

 

  • Salary: $17 per hour; overtime eligible
  • $35 daily meal allowance during tournament (via credential)
