The Role 

 

This role will serve as a member of the video publishing team. The ideal candidate is proficient in video publishing and is responsible for managing the operational workflow of video content through our Content Management System (CMS). They ensure seamless distribution of our videos across all our digital platforms meeting the specific requirements of each video category. 

  • Manage the end-to-end operational workflow for publishing video content across all digital platforms using our Content Management System (CMS).
  • Publish a variety of video content, including Set Highlights, Match Highlights, Press Conferences, and more.
  • Create compelling and SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags in line with our style guide.
  • Design and select appropriate video thumbnails for each video category.
  • Upload and manage video assets through platforms such as Vita and Google OneBox, ensuring proper URL formatting (including CID code), accurate titling, and successful publication.
  • Track video uploads and publishing status in real-time using shared Google Sheets.

 

Who You Are

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, between August 24, 2025 and September 7, 2025.
  • Comfortable working under pressure during a multi-day live event.
  • Experienced in using CMS platforms for video publishing and content management.
  • Familiar with communication tools like Slack to collaborate in a virtual team environment.
  • Skilled in SEO best practices and content optimization for digital distribution.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with video editing or clipping tools such as WSC, Minutely, or Clipro is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with tennis or interest in the sport is a plus.



What We Offer

 

Compensation: This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $25.00
