Returning for 2025, is the US Open Advantage Arena – a gaming zone designed to immerse you in the world of tennis like never before. An interactive space where fans can experience the US Open from a unique perspective. We will have gaming stations showcasing all of the US Open digital brand extensions – including Roblox, Fortnite, Tennis Clash and Nex Playground (new for 2025). 

We are seeking Advantage Arena team members who will play an essential role in the Advantage Arena experience.  In this role, you will be required to have an understanding of each of our games in order to be able to assist our fans when necessary.   We are looking for multiple team members and ONE team lead – who will be the main point of contact in the experience, and assigning positions and breaks for each day.  Our team members must enjoy interacting with people, and know what it takes to provide the best fan experience possible. 

The Role 

• Greet and assist fans with checking-in, in a welcoming and friendly manner.
• Ensuring smooth operation of the experience with efficiency and enthusiasm.
• Willing to step in and play against a fan in one of the games, if needed.
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing fan needs and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a welcoming and organized environment throughout the US Open.
• Maintain a positive, outgoing demeanor adhering to the core expectations of our Advantage Arena Team Members.

Who You Are 

• Ability to communicate clearly, and professionally with fans.
• You act as the face of the Advantage Arena and the US Open brand and will be interacting with thousands of fans on a daily basis.
• Competent and comfortable with technology and mobile devices.  
• Experience or comfortability with PS5, gaming (Roblox, Fortnite etc) is an asset.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• You will work closely & collaboratively with our agency and USTA staff to ensure fans are receiving the best US Open experience. 

What We Offer

• Compensation: This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $20.00.
• Uniforms: Employees will be provided with uniform shirt and hat to ensure a professional and cohesive team appearance.
• Daily Meal Allowance: A meal allowance of $35 will be loaded onto your credentials each workday during the US Open, allowing you to enjoy meals on-site during your shift.
• Exciting Work Environment: Be part of a dynamic team at a world-class venue, contributing to an unforgettable experience for players, staff, and fans.
