We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team and be the face of the brand, ensuring every registered fan enjoys a top-notch experience. Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule for US Open Fan Week, which will take place  at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, N.Y., August 19 - August 25, 2024.    - The role includes: - Greeting and assisting fans with registration and inquiries about the Fan Access Pass. - Ensuring smooth operation of activation access with efficiency and enthusiasm. - Providing exceptional customer service by addressing fan needs and inquiries promptly and courteously. - Collaborating with team members to maintain a welcoming and organized environment throughout Fan Week.   Who You Are    - Ability to communicate clearly, and professionally with fans. - You act as the face of the Fan Access Pass program and the US Open brand and will be interacting with thousands of fans on a daily basis. - Competent and comfortable with technology and mobile devices.   - Ability to stand for long periods of time  - Shade is provided when possible, but some positions will be in the direct sun. - Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - You will work closely & collaboratively with our vendors and USTA staff to ensure fans are receiving the best US Open experience.    The salary range for this position is $20.00 per hour. This position is non-exempt. Must be available to work on-site from August 19 - August 25.    Perks  - Credential access to the US Open grounds during Fan Week.  - $35 per shift on credential for food - Uniform shirts and hat will be provided
