We are seeking Carpet Cleaners who play an essential role in the US Open guest experience. In this role, you will wear many different hats and have the opportunity to assist and deliver customer service to visitors from around the world. Our team members genuinely enjoy interacting with people, know what it takes to provide excellent customer service.   **Overnight Shifts Only**   Start Date: August 26, 2024 End Date: September 8, 2024 Must be available every day of the US Open (August 26th - September 8th)

The Role This role is from July 9, 2024 - September 27, 2024 - The position will provide operations support to the player services and relations team. Responsibilities - Assist with package handling. - Player area beverage orders - Assisting in all player areas with supplies and other ad hoc requests - Assist with player area setup including office, locker rooms, fitness center, practice courts and other player-related areas including ordering and inventory of supplies. - Work with the facility operations team on needs player areas. Who You Are - Punctual and impeccably presented, adhering to shift attendance requirements and maintaining a neat, well-maintained uniform. - Possess a positive demeanor and outstanding communication skills. - Available to work the full duration of the onsite US Open tournament, including days, nights, weekends, and extended hours - Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team. - Bilingualism is a plus. The rate for this position is $17.00 per hour. This position is non-exempt.

The Role This role is from: July 9, 2024 - September 27, 2024 This Position can be Remote between : July 9, 2024 - August 13, 2024 and September 10, 2024 - September 27, 2024.    Manage the overall process/protocol/guidelines for all players in conjunction with USTA Player Services. - Oversee room numbers and reservations alongside reservations staff - Oversight of planning and execution of official hotel experience - Arrival/departure experience - Special Events - will liaise with staff managing these - F&B/Dining operations and billing - Transportation - On property customer service experience - On property troubleshooting - Security - Main point of contact for meeting space, banquet and player operations buildout with hotel prior to and during event - Responsible for hotel staff scheduling Logistics and Coordination: - Oversee room numbers and reservations in coordination with reservations staff. - Lead the planning and execution of the official hotel experience for players. - Ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience for all players. - Coordinate and liaise with staff managing special events. Hospitality Operations: - Food & Beverage/Dining operations, including billing processes. - Manage transportation logistics for players. - Supervise on-property customer service experience and address troubleshooting needs. - Implement security measures to ensure the safety of players. Event Logistics: - Serve as the main point of contact for meeting space, banquet, and player operations buildout with the hotel both before and during the event. Staff Coordination: - Responsible for hotel staff scheduling Who You Are - Punctual and impeccably presented, adhering to shift attendance requirements and maintaining a neat, well-maintained uniform. - Possess a positive demeanor and outstanding communication skills. - Available to work the full duration of the onsite US Open tournament, including days, nights, weekends, and extended hours - Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team. - Bilingualism is preferred. The Role This is a 10-week program from June 10th through August 15th. Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM EST Hybrid schedule: Must be capable to work on-site 2-3 days per week at the Westchester, NY Office Hourly rate: $35.00 Core responsibilities include: - Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. - Must have familiarity with relational database concepts and client-server concepts. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. - Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; capturing information; evaluating output requirements and formats and documenting them. - Improve systems by performing quality assurance reviews. - Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. - Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group. - Suggest changes to management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes. - Conduct insightful, ad hoc analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
