With more than 900,000 on-site visitors, over 224 million television viewers worldwide and over 45 million online visitors globally in 2023, why not come and enjoy the thrill and excitement of working with our team?    We are seeking Locker Room Cleaners who play an essential role in the US Open guest experience.    The Role   - Ensure that the locker rooms are clean, stocked and well maintained while providing excellent customer service. - Clean, dust and vacuum locker rooms, showers, and bathrooms  - Maintain an adequate supply of towels - Restock, toiletries, paper products, and other items as assigned - Assist with the cleaning of the Player Locker Room(s) - Empty trash receptacles and dirty towels  - Notify the Manager of any maintenance concerns  - Maintain an account for all supplies provided by the NTC Team - Wash Clothes as needed - Other duties as assigned   Who You Are   - Prior guest or customer service experience preferred. - Thorough understanding of cleanliness standards. - Reliable, punctual, and well-presented. - Available for full duration of the US Open. - Flexible to work 8+ hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. - Comfortable standing for extended periods. - Excellent communication skills and a proactive team player. - Ability to remain composed in fast-paced and high-pressure situations. - Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.  - Bilingual skills are a plus.   - Salary: $17 per hour; overtime eligible - $35 daily meal allowance during tournament (via credential)

Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to: - Facilitating office set up and breakdown procedures. - Monitoring the tracking of credentials and essential materials. - Managing operational logistics for promotional booths. - Ensuring timely delivery of items to sponsor areas. - Facilitating premium giveaways and orchestrating in-stadium promotions. - Coordinating special sponsor activities, such as sponsor clinics. - Undertaking administrative duties with efficiency and precision. This role demands a commitment of approximately 60 hours per week, including the physical demands of moving boxes weighing up to 40lbs and extensive on-site walking. Successful candidates must be available to work from August 12 through September 10 and be capable of operating at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens, New York.   Who You Are - Demonstrated ability as a self-starter with a proactive mindset. - Exhibited interest and/or experience in sponsorship or event marketing. - Uphold a strong work ethic and exemplify exceptional communication skills. - Maintain a professional demeanor, interfacing with corporate executives. - Proficiency in Spanish or Italian is highly desirable.   What We Offer - $20.00 per hour non-exempt. - Meal allowance provided via credentials. - Provision of uniforms to maintain a polished appearance.

Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule for US Open Fan Week, which will take place  at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, N.Y., August 19 - August 25, 2024.    - The role includes: - Greeting and assisting fans with registration and inquiries about the Fan Access Pass. - Ensuring smooth operation of activation access with efficiency and enthusiasm. - Providing exceptional customer service by addressing fan needs and inquiries promptly and courteously. - Collaborating with team members to maintain a welcoming and organized environment throughout Fan Week.   Who You Are    - Ability to communicate clearly, and professionally with fans. - You act as the face of the Fan Access Pass program and the US Open brand and will be interacting with thousands of fans on a daily basis. - Competent and comfortable with technology and mobile devices.   - Ability to stand for long periods of time  - Shade is provided when possible, but some positions will be in the direct sun. - Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - You will work closely & collaboratively with our vendors and USTA staff to ensure fans are receiving the best US Open experience.    The salary range for this position is $20.00 per hour. This position is non-exempt. Must be available to work on-site from August 19 - August 25.    Perks  - Credential access to the US Open grounds during Fan Week.  - $35 per shift on credential for food - Uniform shirts and hat will be provided
